ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE

Today we went to islands of adventure in Universal for a thrilling day!! We started off in Harry potter world and went on the dragon challenge. That ride was so good and went very fast!! After that ride we look around Harry potter world and then found hogwarts!! Once we went through hogwarts we joined the line for the simulator ride called Harry potter and the forbidden journey. That ride was the best simulator ride I have been on in Orlando!! After harry potter world we went to Jurassic park and rode the Jurassic park water adventure. That ride cooled us off but not as much as the next ride we went on that was called rip saw falls. It had a massive drop and it was so much fun!! After those water rides we went for lunch and then rode a VERY thrilling ride called incredible hulk. The first time we rode it only the kids rode it but the second time the mums decided it might actually be a good ride to ride!! After our first ride on the incredible hill rode we went on doctor dooms free fall. That ride was okay but it was more like the giant drop at movie world, I liked the Hollywood tower at Hollywood studios one better!! After these rides we went home and swam in the pool and then went out for dinner. After that we came home and got ready for our day tomorrow!!

ANIMAL KINGDOM!!!!

Today we went to animal kingdom for the day!! As soon as we entered we had a great view of the tree of life. The detail in the tree was amazing so of course we stopped to take some pictures. After the picture taking we went on the Kilimanjaro safari. That was amazing it was way better then monarto zoo!! After the tour we went on some thrilling rides. We went on expedition everest and kahli river rapids. We all got wet but Kerry, Mum and dad got the wettest!! After these rides we went for lunch at Tuskers House. Before we entered we were greeted by Donald Duck and got our picture taken! After we had eaten our lunch Goofy, Daisy Duck and Mickey mouse came over to our table and gave autographs and took photos!! After this we went to its tough to be a bug and once that was finished we came out and had to run to the car in the pouring rain!! We all got soaked and we all were cold!! Once we got home the car was soaked as well and so we then got dry and relaxed for a while. After that we headed down to downtown Disney and went to Disney quest and built roller coasters and explored the other levels or disney quest!! After that we looked at the shops around downtown Disney and had dinner down there too. Once we had enough is downtown Disney we came home and went to bed as we are having an early start tomorrow so we can get to the Harry potter ride in Islands Of Adventure earlier!!!!

UNIVERSAL!!

Today we went to universal for the day. The rides at universal were very good! On many of the rides we had one person that chickened out and most of the time that was one of the mums!! After we went on all the rides and watch a 4D movie we decided to go back to the hotel and relax by the pool and then go shopping!!
When we arrived at the shopping centre we all went mad and we bought lots and lots!!!! After we had finished shopping at about 10:50 we thought e better go home and go to bed ready for animal kingdom and downtown Disney tomorrow!!!!!!

DAY 1 & 2 OF DISNEY WORLD!!

Our first Disney experience started in magic kingdom for the 'Not so scary Halloween party' before the party we went on all the good rides such as Big thunder railroad, splash mountain and space mountain. Theses rides were amazing and a major adrenaline rush!!!!! When the Halloween party began we went trick or treating and we scored lots of lolly's!!! After trick or treating we watch the fireworks. These fireworks were amazing and they were located behind the castle which made the fireworks even better!! After the fireworks we reserved good seats for the Halloween parade. The parade started in liberty square and came down main street USA. This parade was amazing and worth the wait. After the parade we left the Halloween party as many of us were tired!

Our second day in Orlando was in Hollywood Studios. This world was so good. We started the say with a bang because we went on the rocking' roller coast. Tis ride went so fast and it had drops, sharp turns and sudden stops. This ride was spectacular!!!! After this ride we raced over to the Hollywood tower of terror. This was a ride with a massive drop. Each ride was different and we went right at the front so when we got high enough we got a great view of the park before dropping. After this ride we went to a restaurant that allowed us to have a 3 course meal and then that gave us reserve setting for fantasmic. The meals were great and very filling. After finishing them we went to the toy story ride. That was a long wait but we then got on and it was amazing. After the ride we went to wait for fantasmic to start. Fantasmic was amazing!! They had lights on water and fireworks and lots and lots of Disney characters!! After fantasmic we went back to our hotel and went to bed as we were all VERY tired!!

Day 7 - NEW YORK

Today we headed out for a nice breakfast, it was delicious!! After our breaky we headed to the shops. Today we shopped most of the day and it was great. We went to H&M, Macy's, GAP, Journeys and Forever 21. It was amazing shopping and very cheap and we all enjoyed it very much!!

Day 6 - New York

We started the day with a nice breakfast and then we climb to the top of the rock. We took lots of photos and then we went down 5th avenue to have a look. When went into H&M, swatch watch and of course Tiffany and co! After we had finished having a look we went to find the bikes that we were hiring to ride around central park. The ride was great and we were all very tired afterwards! The park was massive and very green!! After returning our hired bikes we went back to the Madame Tussauds. This was amazing as there was so many wax figures!! After we finished looking around we walk to a Italian restaurant to have dinner. It was very good and after we had finished we went home and then headed out to forever 21. OMG this shop was amazing and I enjoyed it so much!!!!!!!! Once we got home we went to bed ready for a lot of walking tomorrow!

Day 5 - NEW YORK

Today we started the day a bit earlier then normal because we has to buy our 9/11 memorial tickets and our water taxi tickets. Once we purchased our tickets we went and had breakfast near by. We then quickly boarded the water taxi and once we got on we sat down and enjoyed the view! We saw the new trade center, statue of liberty (in the distance), brooklyn bridge and the empire state. Once we docked downtown we got off and found our tour guide and he then took us around the downtown area. After he had competed the tour we dropped us off at the 9/11 memorial. Once we pasted security and the long lines we saw the amazing waterfalls. After this amazing sight we headed for the pier and hopped on a taxi that took us past the statue of liberty and back home. When we got home we got ready for the baseball. Once we were ready we caught the subway and found our seats and waited for the game to start. We then left the game in the 11th innings as they had to go into ever innings. Yes. The Yankees won 2-1!!!!! We then caught the subway home and went to bed.
Hopefully tomorrow we will explore centre park!!

Day 3 - NEW YORK

We started the day with breakfast at a shop a few blocks away from our hotel. We then went to a electronic shop called B&H where mum needed to buy a new sim card. On our way to the shop we saw maddison square garden, we went through the fashion district and we also saw parsons new school of design. Once we arrived at the 7 stories high electronic shop we purchased the sim card and then headed to Macy's. Macy's was massive with like 10 floors, 3 Starbucks shops and a restaurant! We had a quick look and then left to go back to our hotel so we could drop some things off. Once we were at our hotel we then decided to go to time square to go in the M&M store. On our way we drop into the Yankee shop and then the lids shop. Walking down the street we suddenly saw the massive M&M store! We walked inside and there was M&M's everywhere!! We walked through each floor and we discovered the personalize your own M&M station. We then lined up and got all of our names on some M&M's. Once we had our personalised M&M's we went to the 'what M&M colour are you?' station where they do a body scan and tell you what colour you are according to your mood. I was light blue which meant that I complete all task thoroughly and work hard. Curtis was peanut butter mix which meant that people always say nice things about him. After that we left the store and headed to Starbucks where I had my first ever Starbucks, exciting!!!! We then headed to build-a-bear where we built our own bear. In this store you stuff the bear, put a heart in it, pick out clothes and shoes and then think of a name to put on the birth certificate.I built a bear with a Yankee cheer leading uniform and named it Westin after the hotel we stayed in. Curtis put a Yankee playing uniform on his near and named it Yankee Doodle. After we finished building our bears we went back to the hotel so we could get ready for our photo tour. We then meet our photo trek guide across the road from where Marry Poppins is playing. Throughout the tour we visited and took photos at times square, central park, the subway, Brooklyn bridge and Brooklyn. After the guide left us in Brooklyn we caught the subway back to 42nd street and boarded a bus that would take us around New York and Brooklyn at night. The tour finished at about 9pm. We then stopped at McDonald's and had a quick bite to eat and then headed straight to bed.
Tomorrow we have our first baseball game which should be GREAT!

Day 4 - NEW YORK

Today we started the day late, we went for breakfast at Starbucks. Once we had finished our breakfast we headed next door to the Yankee shop and loaded up on Yankee merchandise. After purchasing the merchandise we went back to our hotel so we could catch a cab to serendipiety where we had our lunch. After we finished our lunch we had a thing called the frozen hot chocolate. This frozen hot chocolate is what the restaurant is famous for and man was it Delicious!! Once we had enough of our frozen hot chocolate we walked to 5th avenue where we had a look in the apple shop. The shop was amazing and very busy. Outside the shop there was people already lining up for the iPhone 5 that is available tomorrow! We then went across the road were we had a look in Fao Schwarz. Inside there was 2 levels full of toys. After looking around we crossed the road and entered Tiffany's!! Tiffany's was amazing it had so much jewelry. As soon as we entered there was a cabinet that held a priceless necklace with a yellow colored diamond on it. It looked amazing!! After we had looked around w left the store and caught a bus back to 43rd street where we went up to our hotel room to rest as we had a baseball game to go to that night. We left our hotel and headed for the subway. We arrived at the baseball with foam fingers in hand and found our seats and waited for the game to begin! Before the game we watched the blue jays do batting practice and we also ate some dinner. Once the game began we were all very excited!!!!! We saw home runs, grandslams and many balls fly into the crowd. Our first baseball game experience was AMAZING! After the game we took the subway home and chilled for awhile and then went to bed.
Tomorrow hopefully we will go to the twin tours!

Day 2 - DALLAS

Well we started off the day with some breakfast from the hotel. I had my first ever waffle and I loved it! Where as dad, Curtis and mum had eggs, sausages and toast. We then went back up to our room and got ready to leave so we could go shopping!!!!!!!!!!! We arrived at the Grape Vine Mall early as we were eager to shop. We arrived and as soon as we walked in the rainforest cafe was in sight and we agreed that we would come back and have a look once it was open!! There was 15 more minutes until all the shops opened so we decided to have a look around. There was forever 21, GAP, Nike and much more!! I was in heaven!!!!!!!!! Once all the shops

opened we decided that we all needed a pair of Nike shoes to walk around in so we decided that would be the first of MANY purchases!! Once we were happy with our purchases dad and mum decided they needed a coffee so we went to the magnificent rainforest cafe and that was amazing but dad said the coffee was 'average'. Dad is still in search for a good cup of coffee.
We left the shops to pick up our luggage and once we packed all our new items in our suitcases we departed for the airport. We arrived at the airport and then had to catch a mono rail to get to our gate because the airport is massive!! After arriving at our gate we bought some subway for lunch and then sat down and waited to board.. Our plane was delayed and we didn't board until 5:35pm and we arrived in New York at 10:00pm. We then got to ride in style as we drove in a limo for Curtis and my self it was our first time in a limo, so it was very very exciting!! As we drove out of the airport and crossed queens bridge we saw the lights of time square!! We then drove past times square and all of our eyes popped out of our head with excitement!! Once we arrived at our hotel we checked in and headed to our room. Once we settled in we ordered in from the hotel restaurant. Our meals were delicious and after we had finished we headed to bed as all of us were very tried!!
Tomorrow we are hoping to see a bit more of New York and we might even build-a-bear!

Day 1 - DALLAS

We started the day off with some yummy breaky at the airport and the soon departed for Sydney. Once arriving in Sydney we raced through customs and sadly had no time to browse through the duty free shops! :(
We then quickly board the massive plane and then found our seats in row 68!! We all loved our little tv screens in front of us full of games, movies and tv series but the most difficult part wants staying entertained it was sleeping! Curtis surprising got the most sleep out of the family but we think that's because he laid on dads lap then put his feet on his empty seat and on my lap!! The rest of the family didn't get a lot of sleep. So we're a bit tired right now!!
After surviving the 15 hour flight we went through customs! Man was that an experience!! After getting though customs, collecting our bags and lining up to exit the airport it was 3:00pm when we arrived at 1:45pm!! Me and Curtis were very board and could barley stand as we were tried as well as board!! After leaving the airport and arriving at our hotel we talked and then decided we needed something to eat so we all adventured down the road the whataburger where Curtis and mum bought a burger and a drink. We made the rookie mistake of ordering a large drink and we didn't even get close to finishing it (photo to come of the drink!) after ordering pizza for dad and myself we just chilled out and slept A LOT!! Hopefully tomorrow we might get some shopping in before leaving for new York at 2:30pm.
